     • Creation of mixed entities:

          o Search for partners or for the establishment of such institutions

          o Advice and arbitration for the formation of mixed entities.

          o Due diligence audit of the process of incorporation.

          o Obtaining funds or the establishment or development of the project if the constitution is determined at the completion of the project in whole or in part by debt.

          o Joint management of the entity to the extent determined by the constituents in the process of incorporation.

     • Obtaining grants or projects:

          o Information on concessions in the bidding process and tender.

          o Information on “strategic” projects available to companies associated to the collective CEPCO.
